Job Summary

The Global HRIS team manages an application portfolio dedicated to Foundever HR Global systems.  Part of IT, the organization is responsible for a global scope of services that includes HR Application Management, HR Integration, Automation & Analytics, HR Project Delivery and Vendor Management.  SAP SuccessFactors is the global HR technology platform for Foundever and supports global processes across Core HR, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll.   UKG is the global platform for Time Management processes.  The Global HRIS team is responsible for delivering and sustaining a common, scalable and efficient technology stack for employees in more than 40 countries.

Primary Job Responsibilities

The Global Delivery team is regionally aligned and focused on system engagement, user experience and adoption, leading practices, and continuous improvement across our global HR Technology Platforms.  Fundamentally, this team is guided in purpose to ensure our global stakeholders have an HR Technology champion that understands the strategic objectives, and delivers supporting system initiatives.  The team is responsible for the intake administration of project and system enhancements, and delivery for more than 40 countries using our global HR tools.  


The Senior Manager of HRIS Global Delivery plays a pivotal role in the strategic governance of our HR systems and tools with a focus on driving system programs that accelerate user adoption, elevate the user experience, and automate process efficiencies.  This role defines and manages the global intake process for system enhancements and projects to exploit the full capabilities of system investments.   The Senior Manager of Global Delivery manages a global team to drive system engagement and continuous improvement while governing the software delivery lifecycle.
 

•    Lead a global team of remote staff to engage with regional stakeholders of the Global HR Tech stack across 40+ countries
•    Establish best practices and govern across the software delivery lifecycle for both SuccessFactors and UKG projects
•    Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to support business imperatives with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee experience
•    Partner with internal stakeholders to lead HR technology delivery of initiatives through a hybrid agile software delivery methodology
•    Operational focus on global project intake management, setting clear expectations, fostering alignment of priorities and driving on time delivery
•    Change management approach to user adoption, establishing and enforcing global standards and best practices with multichannel communication strategies
•    Provide leadership in SuccessFactors and Kronos system capabilities and process optimization
•    Champion a user-centric approach to exploiting the full capabilities of our Global Technology platforms
•    Collaborate with other technical and project teams to establish and deliver roadmap initiatives.
•    Partner with the HR functional owners and internal stakeholders to drive technology solutions that automate and elevate productivity.
•    Monitor trends in HR and Time Technology and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to the user experience
 

Experience Target
    Experience

    •    8+ years of system administration leading the implementation, release management and administration of SuccessFactors or Kronos in a global environment. 
    •    3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role with a global footprint of SuccessFactors, managing of a globally diverse work from home staff.  Similar experience in Kronos is preferred but not required.
    •    Ability to drive consensus, and inspire a shared vision for HR Technology product exploitation, process automation and user adoption globally. 
    •    Proven experience designing and implementing SuccessFactors Core HR business requirements.  Similar experience in Kronos is preferred but not required.
    •    Deep domain knowledge in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Time Management system processes and best practices
    •    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features, specifications and timelines
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making
    •    Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
    •    Experience with agile development methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management best practices
    •    Sharp interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships, influence and drive decision-making
