Teleperformance Work From Home Opportunity: We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in a customer support role. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage customer inquiries, perform basic calculations, and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction by understanding and effectively addressing their needs. Candidates are expected to maintain politeness throughout the interview process and must be fluent in both English and Hindi. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position, requiring a commitment of 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, with one day off. The role involves rotational shifts and weekly offs. Preferred candidates should meet the following requirements:

A Windows system with at least 8 GB RAM.
Processor: Intel i5 series and above, or Ryzen 5 series and above.
Windows Version 10 or higher.
Accessories: Active webcam and USB headset.
Internet speed of 30 Mbps for both downloading and uploading (broadband only).
Minimum of 1 year documented experience in a similar role.
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Educational requirement: Any graduation.
