Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time

Paid Hours per Week:  20-25 hours per week


We’re seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s expanding team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth, connecting with potential clients and introducing them to our premium commercial cleaning services. Responsibilities

· Conduct professional outbound calls to potential business clients, presenting our commercial cleaning services with confidence and enthusiasm

· Identify and qualify promising business opportunities through strategic conversation and needs assessment

· Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-up

· Schedule appointments and create opportunities for the sales team

· Research and build targeted prospect lists

· Achieve monthly lead generation targets while maintaining high-quality standards

· Provide regular updates on campaign progress and lead status

 


Requirements: 

· Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone manner

· Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

· Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Resilient and persistent attitude with a positive approach to handling objections

· Quiet, professional home office environment with stable internet connection

· Available to work Australian business hours
