Job description

1. Zimbra Experience: Proven expertise with the Zimbra Collaboration Suite, including installation, configuration, and ongoing management.
2. Linux System Administration: Strong background in Linux administration, particularly with distributions like Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu.
3. Email Server Troubleshooting: Ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot email servers effectively.
4. Network Security: Knowledge of network security practices to safeguard email systems and sensitive data.
5. Backup and Recovery: Proficiency in setting up and managing backup and recovery processes for email servers.
6. Scripting Skills: Ability to write and maintain scripts (using Bash, Python, etc.) for automation and efficiency.
7. LDAP Integration: Understanding of LDAP integration for user authentication and management within the Zimbra environment .
8. LDAP& DNS migration on Ubuntu ( mandatory Skill)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Zimbra Suite Administration: Administer and maintain the Zimbra Collaboration Suite to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure all email server components for reliable and efficient email services.
• Monitoring and Security: Monitor server health and network security to proactively address risks and breaches.
• Perform regular backup and recovery operations to prevent data loss.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zimbra, Linux, and associated networking components.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating administrative tasks.
• LDAP Integration: Integrate LDAP systems for effective user authentication and directory services management.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and departments to align email services with organizational needs.
