Job description

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management for real estate businesses to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to the real estate market;
  • Real Estate Marketing: Develop campaigns to promote property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and other real estate-related content.
  • Content Creation;
  • Scheduling & Posting;
  • Audience Engagement;
  • Analytics & Reporting;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Trends & Best Practices;

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing and how to leverage social media to drive sales and engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with the team.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and marketing automation tools is a plus.
