Job description

Overview:

Kimley-Horn's Greenville, South Carolina (SC) office is seeking a Landscape Architecture/Land Planning Professional with 4+ years of experience to join their team! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

This person will support our national Landscape Architecture and Land Planning practices by providing site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical expertise on public and private sector projects. They will also write proposals, do scope of service, and prepare drawing sets, as well as details and specifications and 3D modeling and rendering. 

Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Landscape Architecture.
  • Professional licensure preferred.
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience or desire to manage projects.
  • Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Lumion, and Microsoft (Word and Excel) skills.
  • Working knowledge of graphic software programs (Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated; sense of urgency to produce high quality work.
  • Strong presentation skills and a desire to pursue work, manage clients and a team.
  • Involvement in professional organizations desired.
