Job description

  • Workstream activities will span the entire program scope consisting of the implementation of Payroll.
  • Functional Consultant Role:
  • Leads design workshops and documents requirements and gaps
  • Develops and documents solution designs
  • Performs configuration and/or development and unit testing
  • Creates specification documents where technical development is required
  • Provides input to testing scope and execution
  • Provides input to training scope and execution
  • Performs defect resolution during testing
  • Provides estimates for ongoing and proposed work
  • Provides regular updates to workstream leadership
  • Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and risks to team lead
