Job description

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager who will play a critical role in guiding our financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health. You will be responsible for a broad range of financial activities aimed at enhancing the company’s financial performance and decision-making processes.


What does the job involve
  • Budgets vs Actual Reporting: Monitor and compare budgeted financial outcomes against actual results, providing detailed analysis and insights to senior management.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts, considering market trends and internal performance indicators to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Pricing/Profitability Models: Create and refine pricing models to ensure competitive yet profitable pricing strategies, analyzing profitability across products and services.
  • RFI Submissions: Coordinate and manage responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data and insights.
  • Data Room Management: Oversee the organization and management of the data room, ensuring all financial documents and information are up-to-date and readily accessible for audits, due diligence, and other needs.
  • Cap Table Management: Maintain and update the capitalization table, ensuring accurate tracking of equity ownership and understanding the implications for financial planning and stakeholder relations.
  • M&A Diligence and Valuation: Conduct thorough financial due diligence and valuation for mergers and acquisitions, providing critical insights and recommendations to support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Should be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within investment banking or corporate finance.
  • A Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Adaptive Insights, and other relevant financial tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
