Established by Blackstone in 2019, the company connects consumption, technology, and the supply chain across its portfolio, which spans more than half a billion square feet. • Independently oversee and manage all necessary steps related to small scale ad-hoc Lease Administration department projects including discovery, planning and organization, inter-department approvals, project task completion, documentation, and resulting communication/training with support from National team leadership.

  • Run monthly reports and spearhead certain monthly tasks/processes for the team.

  • Assist with processing lease documents in Yardi and circulate to the appropriate teams, as needed.

  • Monitor and handle resolution of lease compliance issues during the lease setup process and at any point thereafter.

  • Ensure lease documentation is saved in our document repository.

  • Assist with preparing accurate and detailed lease abstracts, which includes all key terms and dates, financial requirements, and other data points in Yardi.

  • Work closely with the Regional Lease Administrators and Regional Lease Administration Managers to prepare and run reports to track pivotal lease dates that require action such as Options notices, Terminations, Rent Commencement, Lease Expirations and more.

  • Assist with obtaining verification of building square footage, unit changes, rent commencement, important milestone dates, move-in/out dates, holdover, major tenant information, and any other portfolio related inquiries or issues, as needed.

  • Maintain the integrity of the lease data points in our Yardi database, including regular review of reports to ensure accuracy of lease data.

  • Manage tenant contacts to update name and/or address change requests by reviewing and interpreting lease provisions and preparing documentation, if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
