2+ years of client-facing work in campaigns or digital advertising, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts by building relationships and providing strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard customers and provide data-driven insights
- Consult with Business Development to identify growth opportunities for current accounts
- Manage vendor relationships, provide continuous feedback, reporting, and insights to clients
- Help optimize operational systems and build Client Services practice
