Requirements

  • With at least 2 years of experience in executive support, you'll bring leadership and excellence to your role.
  • Ability to manage personal affairs and plan events. attend critical meetings, your role is pivotal in empowering your executive client to focus on high-value activities.
  • Management of personal affairs such as ordering items, in-depth research for various vendors and services, finding fun things to do, etc.
  • Experience in effective inbox management
  • Experience in planning trips & coordinating travel arrangements
  • Ability to manage complex schedules in a remote work environment.
  • Attend critical meetings with the CEO and document action items and important information
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and stellar communication abilities
  • High proficiency and fluency in English are required for this role
  • Must be able to work during the US timezone and have some flexibility to adapt to changing hours as needed
