Job description

We are looking for candidates for the position of Release Manager. The job is dedicated to a multinational pharmaceutical/medical technology company.

About The Project

At the core of the project is the establishment of a foundation for the Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence and GenAI, an innovative center that brings together leading experts in the field of artificial intelligence."

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate and manage software releases, including major releases and patches
  • Developing and overseeing release timelines
  • Ensure that all release activities comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with development, quality assurance, operations and product management teams to establish release scope and delivery
  • Conduct release readiness reviews, ensuring that all aspects of the release are thoroughly tested and verified
  • Communicate release plans, progress and issues to stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates

Profile / Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with release management tools and methods
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of CI/CD process basics and automation tools
  • English language capable of communicating freely (min B2/C1)
  • Experience in regulated areas (e.g., banking, healthcare, finance) would be a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP) is welcome
