<title>About the role</title>

The Commercial Enablement Manager is accountable for supporting global Account Management, Sales and Merchant onboarding processes, while being a core part of setting the long-term strategy for the function. Your responsibilities will include creation of business processes within existing CRM, analysing gaps in the partner’s journey, supporting complex and detailed commercial analysis, and building a CRM training program for 300 people located in different parts of the world. On top of that you will be leading a series of HQ projects and roadmap directly.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Developing a CRM training program for Bolt Food that includes preparing training materials, organising workshops and work in collaboration with trainers from other functions.</point>
- <point>Acting as a CRM owner for the Bolt Food’s commercial teams and enabling 300+ team work on Salesforce CRM.</point>
- <point>Analyse Partner Journey - understand the whole E2E flow, find gaps and understand how to optimise the journey and reduce the amount of manual work within the teams.</point>
- <point>Stakeholder management. Align and closely collaborate with other Commercial functions, and HQ and Local teams to understand their requirements (Sales, Merchant Ops, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, Marketing, Regional teams).</point>
- <point>Project planning and management. Lead or collaborate in the core projects of the function, ensuring maximum impact at optimal effort, in a coordination with other Commercial functions.</point>
- <point>Work and travel to local markets as is needed in order to improve both our customers' success globally as well our growth and profitability.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>5+ years experience in B2B product development or building up Commercial Operations, preferably in digital marketplaces and highly competitive industries.</point>
- <point>You have a deep understanding of B2B sales, onboardings and account management cycles, how to optimise these and report effectively.</point>
- <point>You have the ability to take complex processes and data sets, and turn these into actionable insights and create positive change.</point>
- <point>Experienced and knowledgeable in sales operations, with a background in delivering projects in Sales Processes, Onboarding Processes, Account Management processes in Salesforce CRM.</point>
- <point>Able to identify strategic opportunities, guide country teams and drive business improvement.</point>
- <point>Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow.</point>
- <point>BSc in Engineering / Business Management / Marketing would represent a plus.</point>
- <point>Excellent communication & written skills in English.</point>
