About Us: We are an award-winning full-service creative digital marketing agency. Due to continued rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented Telemarketing Agent to join our fast-growing team.

Position: Telemarketing Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Handling In-Bound and Out-Bound Calls
  • Assisting in B2B and B2C Telemarketing Campaigns
  • Updating Computer Systems


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Confident, organised, and eager to learn
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Previous telemarketing experience

Training: Full training will be provided.
