Device Support Specialist, London

To support our patients across the UK, we are looking for a Device Support Specialist (DSS), based in London.

The Device Support Specialist assists patients starting therapy with Novocure, onboarding, handling technical questions, and equipment troubleshooting. Further, the Device Support Specialist organizes and trains patients and caregivers on device use, regularly checks and optimizes devices, and manages equipment inventory and logistics. At the end of therapy, ensures the return of materials to operational centers.

Key responsibilities:

• Support patients on your own schedule with the flexibility to manage your time. While some after-hours engagements may occur, you'll have significant control over when you work.
• Plan patient visits every 4 weeks (2 weeks for patients in clinical trials).
• Provide training on Novocure devices, primarily to patients and caregivers.
• Check and replace defective devices.
• Manage equipment troubleshooting at patient homes.
• Interpret therapy device data.
• Participate in patient events and clinical trial site initiation visits (SIV).
• Cooperate with other DSSs at Novocure.
• Perform administrative tasks and record interventions in CRM/SAP.
• Ensure coverage in case of absence.

Your profile:

• Healthcare background (ie. psychotherapist, nurse, physiotherapist).
• Minimum 3 years of patient treatment experience.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license (company car provided).
• Positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and empathy.
• Autonomy, excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel throughout UK.
