Job Description

Formulating the company's strategy in Europe, determining target customer groups, market positioning, and product positioning strategies based on market trends and the company's development goals, ensuring that these strategies are consistent with the overall company strategy;
Managing the overall business and team in Europe, fully represent company there in terms of government affair, partnership development and business development;
Deployment company's strategy in Europe, enhance company's branding and market influencing power.
Recruit, train and retain the whole team in Europe.
Build up company's culture and enhance collaboration across departments.
Act as key contact window with headquarter, handle all affairs under the authorisation of the company.

The Successful Applicant

More than 5 year experience in executive level position, with long-term view and strong strategic thinking.
Expert in renewable energy industry, for example solar, wind, li battery etc.
Familiar with European market and culture, has established networks there.
Good communication, visionary leadership.
Inclusive and strong integrity.
