Role Overview

The Head of B2B Account Management will be responsible for leading and overseeing the team of Account and Project Managers within the company. This role will ensure the successful delivery of B2B projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the strategic vision of project and account management across all brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead the team of Account and Project Managers, overseeing the deliverability of their tasks, management of their B2B projects, and providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities, including training staff on new processes, managing resistance to change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement resourcing strategic plans to enhance B2B account and project management processes, tools, and methodologies, as well as optimize support for both projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and costs, drawing up a project plan detailing phases, activities, risks, and resources needed in order to setup and execute B2B projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, implement solutions to keep projects on track, and assign responsibilities to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming/gambling industry is a must.
  • Experience dealing with USA/European iGaming market.
  • Understanding of customer support, high value player management, risk, fraud, payment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills, adaptable and flexible with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills to detect and identify weaknesses in the systems and operational processes.
  • Goal oriented and solution driven individual with a strong focus on producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, flexible and reliable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with an excellent command of English.
  • Highly motivated, team player, able to work on own initiative.
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills are a must.
