We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Partnerships & B2B Sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and possess a proven track record of driving sales growth within the telecommunications industry. As an Account Executive, you will be pivotal in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Initiate contact with leads through outbound cold calls, cold emails, and other communication channels to introduce Holafly and its eSIM services. Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine if they are a qualified sales opportunity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM.
  • Leading discovery meetings with potential clients to uncover needs, paint points, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Drive sales pipeline.


✦ What do you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a similar BDR or inside sales role (3-5 years of experience)
  • Must have bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc…
