- Design, calculate, and craft offers for Managed Services portfolio to lead customer interactions.
- Handle tenders, conduct customer workshops, work on workload migrations, and collaborate with various departments for new service offerings.
- Engage with manufacturers/partners, develop Service Offerings, assist sales colleagues, and communicate requirements internally and externally.
