QA Automation Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Write efficient, reliable, and scalable test automation scripts.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Identify quality issues and create test reports.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery practices
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases across all functional areas of the application.
- Keep all test documentation up to date, including test cases, and test reports.
- Create test data required to perform testing
- Ensure readiness for production implementation by creating and facilitating the review of the Test Strategy
QA Automation Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
- Have 10-12 years of experience in QA automation testing
- Have sufficient technical knowledge to inspect backend API responses and determine potential causes for an issue
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser testing
- Ability to write and execute automation scripts for mobile apps and web apps
- Experience with Postman for API testing, Jasmine framework, Karma, Protractor framework, Selenium, WebdriverIO
- Experience with Healthcare/ Health Plan Projects will be a plus
- Experience with Section 508 compliance testing will be a plus
