Job description

This is a remote position.

Digita Global Marketing Ltd. (DGM) is a full-service communications (creative, advertising, marketing) agency based in Kingston, Jamaica. Our vision is to inspire innovation and incubate creativity in the global media, technology and advertising landscapes.


To make this vision a reality, we are recruiting intuitive, talented, disciplined, and driven individuals to accompany us on our regional and global expansion journey. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and strategic financial leader with experience supporting a finance department.


  • Be the first point of contact for customers and vendors

  • Customer relationship management and expansion

  • Drafting quotes/bids/invoices and liaising with customers for payment

  • Management of the company’s day-to-day administrative and human resource related activities

  • Work closely with People and Growth departments to supervise the delivery of projects within schedule and budget

  • Leverage network to create new sales and growth opportunities for the firm

  • Assess risks and opportunities and managing productivity systems to ensure smooth project and process flow

  • Maintaining and updating the companies SOPs and Company Manual

  • Writing People department contracts and liaising with Finance and Legal teams in the furtherance of the same

  • Assume responsibility for timely reporting to regulatory and governmental agencies as needed

  • Attend board meetings and take and deliver minutes

  • Following up with board members and varied partners to complete specific projects

  • Planning team retreats, events and activities

  • Provide guidance to team and evaluate performance

  • Conduct customer service training

  • Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations

  • Creating, maintaining, improving & implementing customer

  • Retention/Loyalty/Rewards Programme

  • Manage CRM and HRM

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled internal reports

  • Develop and maintain a digital filing system

  • Exceptional knowledge of using data entry software and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and precision

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Assist the CEO with varied tasks and assignments

  • Keep companies records up to date across various departments

  • Assisting across varied companies in the group



Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

  • Master's Degree in related field desired

  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in Business Administration

  • Project Management certification is not required but would be beneficial.
