Your Job
As a Technical Account Manager in the Demand Operation team at Sparteo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal monetization for our publishers.
You will coordinate and optimize our ad stack operations across display, video, and native formats, working closely with various teams, including data, customer success, and technical teams.
Your role will involve planning and executing operational and product roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration of new demand partners, maintaining a best-in-class ad stack on relevant and monetizable inventory, and contributing to the development of Sparteo’s technical products.

To specify

  • Guarantee optimal monetization for Sparteo inventories by maintaining a fully optimized ad stack
  • Ensure the proper functioning of new Sparteo demand partners.
  • Ensure monetization onboarding for our publishers and serve as the technical presales contact during our stack onboarding with new partners.
  • Act as a technical consultant to assist other teams in the development of Sparteo’s products.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams and external partners regarding changes, products, bugs, and successes.
  • Ensure proper setup for the best ad monetization, including debugging JSON/JS/bid request/VAST/VPAID integration issues and managing troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Monitor dashboards with key KPIs and implement action plans for any drops in metrics such as revenue, fill rate, bid rate, RPM, or other important KPIs.
  • Propose optimization solutions/products for processes to achieve both internal and external goals.


    Your profile for this job

    • Proven 3 years experience in an ad-ops or technical account manager role within the digital advertising industry.
    • Strong knowledge of technical banner and video market standards (bid request, oRTB, safeframe, VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, etc.).
    • Good understanding of web standards such as HTML, JS/JSON is highly recommended.
    • Experience in the programmatic display or video industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
