Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers and leadership skills, Technical expertise in Dynatrace technology and related third-party technologies, Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or obtain within six months), Familiarity with cloud/new stack, mobile, DevOps technologies.
Key responsabilities:
- Build strong relationships with largest, most valuable customers
- Advise on deployment, adoption and expansion of Dynatrace products
- Serve as a liaison between customer, Support, and Product Management teams
- Provide solutions to complex configuration issues and offer technical guidance
- Conduct web-based training, engage in discovery activities, and prepare business reviews
