We are looking for a seasoned manager from the esports betting industry to lead and expand our Esports division.

Our Esports division is dedicated to developing and distributing top-tier esports content, including tournaments for popular games like FIFA, NBA, NHL, CS:GO and more.

What We’re Seeking:

We are searching for an enthusiastic esports betting professional who is motivated to exceed targets and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with gambling content and possesses a strong drive to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine and execute strategic plans for our Esports division.

• Work with finance and sales teams to develop and manage the annual budget.

• Drive growth and meet development objectives through effective collaboration with the sales team.

• Expand our Esports business through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap to provide solutions for the competitive gaming and betting industry.

• Lead recruitment efforts, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of Esports employees.

• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.

• Deliver comprehensive reports on financial figures, product development, team progress, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Align on key operational KPIs with management and ensure their execution.

• Oversee and manage strategic projects within the Esports division.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in a leadership role for at least three years.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights and strategies.
