Operations Director (Futures)

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced Operations Director (Futures).

In this role, you will: 

• Drive significant growth in futures trading volume and market share using data analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine trading strategies.
• Create and implement user lifecycle management strategies, including large-scale trading competitions and promotions, to attract high-value users and improve engagement.
• Partner with the product team to define and enhance futures trading products, focusing on user experience and market competitiveness.
• Plan and oversee the listing and optimization of futures pairs, ensuring liquidity stability and assisting in the design of effective risk control strategies.
• Work with various business units—including regional, brand, product, technology, and risk control—to ensure successful execution of futures growth initiatives.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree above; 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large teams and projects.
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing complex growth strategies in futures trading and pair operations.
• Proficient data analysis abilities that enable you to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective coordination and motivation of cross-departmental teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong innovation and execution capabilities, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Fluency in English is a must.
