If you have

  • Two (2) years minimum administrative/clerical/buyer experience
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics
  • Microsoft Office experience – Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Intermediate level or above Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

 A typical day may look like this

  • Contacting suppliers to request quotations for material
  • Negotiating with suppliers for best pricing and terms
  • Follow up with suppliers
  • Analysis of quotations to determine ultimate buying decisions
  • Development of final quotation files for customer
