Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence and engagement strategies for our brand. This role involves managing content creation, community engagement, and media planning across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling for all social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to optimize strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for content creation.
  • Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) preferred.
