As a Client Financial Services Representative, you'll hold a key role in managing insurance, client, and accounts receivable. Our ideal candidate has experience with insurance coding/billing practices, CPT and ICD-10 coding, EFTs, EOBs, and a basic understanding of medical and insurance terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance payers on unpaid or denied claims
- Utilize insurance websites, provider portals, send secure messages, and make phone calls
- Review and follow up on all insurance inquiries and correspondence
- Resolve issues and resubmit or appeal claims with confidence
- Run and analyze reports
- Assure coding compliance with billing and coding guidelines and contract terms
- Identify and resolve trends in aging, document procedures, and streamline processes
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience or knowledge of insurance billing/collection practices, required
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Knowledge of EFTs, EOBs and basic understanding of medical and insurance terminology, required
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
