Account Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with commercial lines experience to support our operations team. You will use your independent judgment and communication skills to obtain information, process changes, handle client concerns, and aid in the endorsement processing. We are seeking a professional with the ability to multi-task, that will take initiative and utilize their analytical skills to assess and correct system issues promptly for our customers.

Your Impact:

• Answering insured/agent questions (Account Maintenance topics)
• Account setup / File Management
• Processing bind requests- binders, ID cards, certificates
• Endorsement processing
• Assisting offshore team with questions
• Process state filings
• Handling issues with state DMVs

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field. Or extended years of experience can substitute for lack of degree
• Experienced in the use of office communication systems
• Must have experience with MS Office applications including Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and take appropriate actions

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base hourly pay range for this position is between $16.00 - $22.26 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
