About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager who can drive sales growth through effective management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing substantial sales volumes, and leveraging CRM tools to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver outstanding results and exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and optimize the sales process.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales management roles, with demonstrated sales growth and achievement of targets.
    • Experience managing a minimum of $5 to $10 million in sales volume annually.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
    Other:
    • Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday
    • Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 USD depending on experience
    • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
