ROLE DESCRIPTION
Coordinates and communicates with management about recommendations throughout the hiring process.
Develops recruiting plans in tandem with management and implements methods to improve recruiting processes.
Identifies qualified prospective candidates and maintains updated information as necessary in various databases.
