Job description

Sanford Rose Associates – JFS Partners is an industry-leading Search Firm with an emphasis in providing executive and professional search solutions in Finance and Accounting. Our clients are fortune 500 companies, high-growth start-up companies, private equity firms and lead professional service firms.


Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an Experienced Search Consultant in our Orlando, FL office!


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of agency Business Development / Sales experience with a proven track record of converting cold leads into clients.
  • Agency recruiting experience is preferred
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter and disciplined
  • Ability to pick up the phone every day
  • Passionate about being the best at what you do


Search Consultant's Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and hunting for new business/clients
  • Making sales calls to prospective clients to expand on our current client base
  • Engaging in sales activities: cold calling, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Build and nurture strong and long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
