Job description

As an IT manager on the external data platform team, you’ll lead a cross functional team of developers, systems analysts, quality assurance analysts, and system test engineers that works in C#, .NET, API, SQL, SSIS, Cloud, Kfaka and micro service technologies to provide data from external data supplies into the Quote Flow process to better segment our products offerings and prefill customer information to provide a better customer experience. You’ll be a part of staff engagement and deliver professional and technical development to your team that will be key as our organization continues to evolve in our agile journey while pursuing continuous improvement opportunities.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. **

Must-have Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
  • Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Preferred Skills

  • Agile mindset and Lean Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated strengths in IT service management (service and process ownership)
  • Proven ability to build relationships

Compensation

  • $125,280-$153,120/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
