Why Employers Source Candidates through the NEXTalent Marketplace

Regardless of industry sector or functional role, only 25% of the workforce performs above average. A talent acquisition program designed to acquire these high potentials can move an employer above the productivity mean. However, employers must be proactive in locating and nurturing these high-potential prospects in advance of their resource plan. Rutherford International's NEXTalent Marketplace fulfils this forward-planning requirement by finding and engaging high-performers in advance of need.

The talent offered through Rutherford International Executive Search Group and its NEXTalent Marketplace division is 48% more productive and 25% more profitable than a client's average performing employee in a similar position. Fifty per cent (50%) of our hires are promoted within 18 months of employment and receive initial compensation in the upper range of their functional category.

Why Register with the NEXTalent Marketplace?

The Marketplace notifies registrants of targeted job posts. Fundamentally, the Marketplace is a 'connector' or 'market-maker' for registrants in an active job search. If you are a qualified registrant actively seeking a new position, NEXTalent proactively markets your availability to our employer connections and curates the interaction.

We apply both subjective and object analysis to ensure candidate quality. We engage retired industry experts to assist in evaluating a prospect's education, skills and accomplishments. Our empirical research determines the prospect's personality and optimum leadership profile. We also benchmark the candidate's potential relative to high performers in their functional category. For any given position within the industries we serve, the ratio of talent who benchmark above average for high performance or potential is 34:1000.
