Requirements

• Prior experience in the trades industry, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrician work
• Strong knowledge and expertise in trades industry practices and techniques

• Passion for teaching and mentoring others
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles
• Experience in creating educational materials or conducting workshops is a plus
