Job description

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the primary global data solution for Group Risk; the Model Data Factory (MDF). The solution is designed to service users from Group Analytics with more than 5 data analytics and modeling teams including AI and facilitate all phases of model lifecycle management. The data in MDF is of high quality and organized in a standardized manner to facilitate useability according to regulation and governance guidelines.

You have a clear vision of how MDF and the way-of-working should look like and can translate this vison in smart objectives and priorities.

You are the person who collects data requirements and functional requirements for the platform, who is responsible for the prioritization of the backlog of MDF and alignment with the agile team.

In this role you work closely with the teams within Group Analytics (responsible for all (non) regulatory models for DLL) and with teams in Data Management and IT.

Day To Day**

  • Communicate the vision to all stakeholders
  • You ensure that user requirements are translated into clear specifications based on user story format
  • Be a focal point of contact for the users and manage prioritization of the backlog in Azure DevOps
  • You participate in all relevant agile ceremonies such as daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint review and backlog refinement
  • As Product Owner MDF you will be working according to SAFe guidelines
  • You pro-actively reach out to users, you constructively approach planning challenges and ensure stakeholders are informed accurately
  • You work collaboratively with business users, IT architects and development teams
  • You are part of the team Data Analytics with 19 members, which is part of Group Analytics.

Essentials

  • 5 years of experience in Data Management, IT or Data Analytics
  • Experience in working in Agile/scrum environments in the IT sector or financial services
  • Able to convey IT/Data subjects in business terminology
  • Experience with Agile tool Azure DevOps or similar
  • Certification SAFe Product Owner
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
