Assemble and Empower a Dream Team

  • Scout and Develop Talent: Find and nurture the best talent, with a keen eye on picking Market Managers who share our vision. They're the frontline heroes making our goals a reality in each market.
  • Empower Your Managers: Provide your Market Managers with the vision, tools, and autonomy they need to succeed. Lead by example and create leaders in the process, ensuring they're equipped to face the challenges of their respective markets.

Map Out and Conquer New Territories

  • Master of Expansion: With your team of Market Managers, identify new opportunities for growth. Your role involves strategizing our next moves and ensuring we dominate every market we enter.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, including direct experience in leading and developing management-level teams, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
