About the role,

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications based on the Microsoft .NET framework. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, and ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of software solutions. You should have a strong understanding of the .NET Core and be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

In this role, you will need to:

• Utilize .NET(core) for designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications, with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Craft solutions that align with business requirements, managing backlogs effectively based on stakeholder feedback and prioritizing the resolution of vulnerabilities and performance issues.

• Engage in productive collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear and effective communication to understand and meet project requirements.

• Conduct thorough analysis to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints, swiftly addressing software defects and issues.

• Maintain high code quality through regular reviews, adhering to coding standards and best practices, and ensuring comprehensive documentation for development work.

• Execute unit tests and collaborate with quality assurance to address defects, enhancing software reliability and functionality.

• Keep updated with the latest .NET ecosystem trends and technologies, applying new knowledge to refine development processes.

• Participate in software deployment and provide ongoing maintenance, ensuring continuous improvement and updates to existing applications.

What are the key experience and personal attribute requirements?

• Over 8 years of experience as a .NET Developer with a solid portfolio.

• Skilled in C#, .NET core MVC, and Web API development.

• Experienced in messaging/queue architectures and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong grasp of object-oriented principles and SOLID software engineering practices.

• Proficient with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, Cosmos, MongoDB).

• Familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React or Angular).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
