Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize your expertise in sourcing and screening to identify top-quality candidates for both contract and permanent staffing positions.
- Explore various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking sites, to source potential candidates.
Domestic IT Recruitment:
- Showcase your experience in domestic IT recruitment, with the ability to work across different technologies and job levels.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from pre-screening to offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
- Engage in reference checking and maintain a thorough understanding of the hiring needs.
Talent Pipeline Management:
- Develop and manage a talent pipeline to proactively address business requirements and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Client Interaction:
- Demonstrate experience in handling multiple clients and acting as a single point of contact for their recruitment needs.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and understand their specific staffing requirements.
Individual Contributor:
- Work as an individual contributor, demonstrating autonomy and taking ownership of the recruitment process.
Technology and Social Media:
- Leverage your technical savvy to use various internet job boards effectively, social media platforms, and blogs to attract potential candidates.
Negotiation Skills:
- Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills to find common ground during salary and offer discussions.
Adaptability and Learning:
- Display a knack for learning and staying updated with new technologies and industry trends.
Candidate Engagement:
- Creatively and convincingly engage candidates to generate interest in our client's job opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduates
- Proven track record as a successful Technical Recruiter in the staffing industry.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 10 years.
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and managing full lifecycle recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with both contract and permanent staffing.
- Expertise in domestic IT recruitment, including sourcing candidates across diverse technologies and levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of various internet job boards, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
