Your role as a Senior Low Code Engineer/Senior Programmer AnalystWe’re looking for someone who gets excited about helping others, working with a team to formulate IT solutions based on business requirements, and is interested in taking the next step in their career to lead configuration efforts for assigned workstreams on projects.

Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to: - Translate business requirements into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance test criteria, and design documentation - Lead the design and configuration efforts of assigned areas of Low Code solutions to meet business requirements - Assist with the management of the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members - Act as a liaison between business/business analysts and configuration/development team - Keep up to date with new features and functionality of SSG’s Low Code platform - Provide recommendations for Core Low Code platform improvements - Subject matter expert in best practices for configuring Low Code solutions to meet business needs - Mentor other project team members as needed - Support Development and QA team members as needed

QualificationsWe are looking for someone who gets excited about applying technology to serve others and is interested in learning and making a difference in the world. We encourage that you apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications below: - Bachelor’s degree - CS foundation achieved via bootcamp, certifications, school, or any other means - 5+ years of experience implementing IT solutions, ideally in IT consulting and/or Product Owner roles - Experience configuring and maintaining any Low Code Development platform such as Salesforce, Pega, OutSystems, Appian, Power Apps, etc. - Able to create Data Models, write SQL queries, read and edit XML and JSON files, and read and write scripts (like Groovy or Python) - Experience with Agile / Scrum as a Product Owner: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance - Experience with JIRA and Confluence - Experience mentoring and/or supervising other team members - Deep knowledge of market/subject area - High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability - Demonstrated ability to use systems thinking and creativity to solve business problems - Adept at adjusting to changing circumstances quickly and professionally - Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with both technical and business audiences
