We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for a Senior Oracle PM Design Lead, to join our team and play a key role in advancing our HR Technology initiatives.  


The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Oracle Performance Management, Cloud, and Talent Engineering, with the ability to gather requirements, design processes, and build and test functionalities within the Oracle platform. 

Requirements

Expertise in Oracle Performance Management: 

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and expertise in Oracle Performance Management, Cloud, and Talent Engineering. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Performance Management. 

Requirements Gathering: 

  • Work closely with clients and Performance Management teams to gather comprehensive requirements for Oracle Performance Management processes. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of organizational needs and objectives. 

Process Design Facilitation: 

  • Lead and facilitate the design of processes aligned with Oracle Performance Management. 
  • Ensure that the designed processes effectively meet organizational goals and requirements. 

Functionality Building: 

  • Utilize Oracle tools and technologies to build and implement Performance Management functionality within the Oracle platform. 
  • Customize Oracle solutions to align with specific client and organizational needs. 

Comprehensive Testing: 

  • Conduct thorough testing of Oracle Performance Management functionality to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies, collaborating with technical support teams to resolve them. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Extensive experience and expertise in Oracle Performance Management, Cloud, and Talent Engineering. 
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Oracle Performance Management processes.
