Web Designer and UI/UX Designer (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into innovative and user-friendly design concepts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to project deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in web and UI/UX design
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end web development languages
• Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
