Job description

This is a remote position.

3Core Systems, an SAP Silver Partner firm is looking for Account Executive for its office in Austin, TX. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys learning sales strategies, developing accounts at the highest level and who thrives on generating new business while improving existing relationships.

Candidates should have the ability to:

·         Learn sales strategies including inside sales, business-to-business (B2B), service sales, and advertising sales

·         Complete training programs including certifications related to SAP Products

·         Job shadow our professional sales team

·         Attend trade shows, demonstrate products and visit customers

·         Give customer presentations

·         Conduct research

·         Generate and track leads

 

Responsible for: 

·         Leading the business development of large/premium accounts that have significant ERP, SAP, SuccessFactors, Project     Management & IT Staffing/Consulting needs.

·         Communicating with the Professional Sales team to develop and grow new and existing business.

·         Creating sales pipeline including leads, contacts and opportunities

·         Setting up appointments every week with top-tier Technology, HR, Financial executives

·         Functioning as a Hunter, identifying ERP projects, IT Services assignments and large IT staffing opportunities.

·         Cross Selling ERP, IT staffing, consulting, and professional services at existing clients.

·         Selling IT services through network, email campaigns and cold calling

·         Acting as a liaison between the clients and internal staff

 

Qualifications

·         Recent graduate or alumni of a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably related to the following disciplines: sales,           business, communication, economics, entrepreneurial studies, marketing

·         Willing and able to travel via ground and air.

Salary

·         Contract to Permanent Hire Position

·         Hourly pay during contract period

·         Permanent position offers a base salary, medical, vacation/holiday pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
