  • Attend workshops, communicate via phone, implement effective sales strategies for customer satisfaction

Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Understand queries coming from new prospects, engage and understand their needs
  • Research and recommend courses, community activities, etc based on their needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Make phone calls, converse over audio and text messaging with prospective customers
  • Open to working late night or early morning shift to support international customers

Requirements
  • Excellency in people interaction skills
  • Ability to think independently and innovatively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented , desire to deliver results
  • Good command in English
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM)
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of prospects needs , customer engagement and sales skills
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about helping customers and building long term relationships
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Ability to learn any new software tool that is adopted by the organization for sales productivity
  • Should be able to understand the procedure
  • Dispute solving skills
  • Communication skills should be good
  • Sales Support skills should be there
