We are seeking a proven, quota-carrying sales person to help grow our customer base across our banking sales team. Candidates should have relevant exposure to CRE lending/valuation, credit risk and/or stress testing. Knowledge of econometric modeling and data solutions is a plus. Proficiency with salesforce.com is preferred. The candidate should also have industry knowledge in bank regulations and regulators. Our Sales Director position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional and enthusiastic self-starter. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You will be responsible for selling multiple Trepp products to a variety of banks and other CRE balance sheet lenders. You must be able to achieve sales targets exceeding minimum revenue thresholds, forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.
