The Integrated Services Software Team is looking for Software Engineers, who will partner with a variety of stakeholders to building next generation technical platform for Integrated Services. **

Responsibilities**

In this position...

  • Manage the discovery and implementation of Ford Fleet Management products
  • Drive the lifecycle of a product from ideation, using user research, to launch and land success metrics, and continue iterating on the product to improve your user’s journey
  • Obsess over areas of the user experience and pain points
  • Write compelling Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
  • Partner closely with Engineering, User Experience (UX), and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to your user

What You'll Do…

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product ownership, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas.
  • Experience with managing specifications for software developers.
  • Product experience with large-scale systems.
  • Development experience using various desktop and mobile app frameworks.
  • Experience developing software or internet products and technologies to define technical product features.
  • Experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds in a technical division/organization to execute on a shared vision.
