About the Position

We’re looking for a Europe-based professional Executive Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialised positions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to attract top-quality talent in an efficient manner, ensuring long-term placements. 

Within 1 Month, You’ll:

  • Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
  • Research into clients company, competitors and market place
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

Within 3 Months, You’ll:

  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process

Within 6 Months, You’ll:

  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)
  • Research and develop recruiting leads

Within 12 Months, You’ll:

  • Develop a strategy for hiring a team of Europe-based entry-level executive recruiters
  • Onboard and train your team of junior recruiters
  • Identify a strategic location in Europe for an office that your team will be based out of

You should apply if:

  • You have a BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • You have a proven working experience in recruiting, with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • You can demonstrate a deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • You are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
  • You possess a strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • You’re a hard-working, high-energy participant 
  • You communicate in a diplomatic, considerate and courteous manner
  • You write succinctly, with clarity and precision
  • You value feedback as a vital component of personal growth
  • You’ve a growth mindset, taking pride in the progress of the company where your contribution is an essential ingredient in the recipe for success
  • You embody a sense of deep ownership, accountability and radical transparency throughout your work
  • You’re a critical thinker with an eye for potential challenges and a will to solve them at the earliest possible moment
