Job description

Opportunity

We are looking for an AfterHours Consultant to support our clients Australian operations after the close of business hours.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage virtual reception for our client, handling inbound calls and emails
  • Address all associated admin tasks
  • Accomplish ad hoc tasks as requested
  • Assist clients in their job requests (Job Orders, Shift Queries)
  • Coordinate with clients and Branch Consultants with regards to job orders, absences, tardiness and replacement of candidates
  • As requested by Branch Consultants or clients, contact and place preferred candidates
  • Update clients on a candidate who confirmed and who needs a replacement
  • Cancel candidates as requested by Branch Consultants
  • Fill in the vacant orders by contacting available candidates
  • Create placements, update client cards and candidate cards using the clients existing system
  • Complete candidate confirmations for client rosters
  • Ensure the database is updated at all times
  • Complete candidates availability checks in preparation for Consultants to do the roster
  • Complete tasks and email requirements promptly
  • Screen resumes and book interviews as required
  • Conduct Reference Checks of the candidates
  • Screen candidates to check suitability on the job orders
  • Run virtual reception for offices as required
  • Deal with candidates pay queries
  • Liaise with Branch Consultants in a professional and timely manner
  • Contribute to the teams effort and complete all other tasks as requested or when required
Essential Attributes
  • With exposure in either the health care/medical-related or recruitment industry
  • Technologically adept, highly trainable in new skills and software
  • Proactive mindset with outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to perform other relevant tasks as required by the clients
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and email management skills
  • 1 to 2 years of BPO experience with strong call handling skills
  • Proficient with MS Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Exposed to working on Mid or Graveyard shifts, weekends, holidays
  • Willingness to extend shift or serve as an On-Call staff to cover for a teammates shift when required
  • Fit to work status upon completion of the Pre-Employment Medical Exam with drug test & a valid NBI Clearance or initially a proof of confirmed appointment with the NBI to secure clearance
