Voice Technical Support English/French Agents

Responsibilities of the agents:

Agents will be working with an antivirus company business customers and their main focus will be about helping customers with migration to their latest versions. They'll also be handling customer queries about the new product they have coming out. Agents will use a phone and remote-help client to complete these tasks.

Agent Requirements:

1. Confidence and patience are essential for good customer relations in this role
2. Willingness to explain things, possibly multiple times
3. Persistence, and effective problem-solving skills
4. Good communication is essential with the customer and the team, as situations can arise where something unexpected plays out and the agent will need to request information from their peers
5. Have knowledge about anti-virus companies
6. Know what a firewall, antivirus and malware is

7. Desktop/Laptop and Back up- at least core i5,8GB RAM or its equivalent
8. Internet and Back up
9. Headset
10.Camera
11. Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Teams

Software/Platforms Required:

Agents should have knowledge of Network infrastructure (Server/client architecture, routers, DNS, Active Directory), and should understand security certificates, which may need to be migrated as part of upgrades.
