What you will do:

Responsible for handling queries of customer through inbound calls
Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances.
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
Executing trades on behalf of customer
Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work
Cross Sales

Who you are:

NISM VIII/NISM 8 certification is mandatory
Excellent oral/written communication skills in English is mandatory
Good knowledge of financial market
Should have Laptop/PC along with good Internet Connection
